My TV kept randomly turning on throughout the night to the point where I just had to leave it on when I eventually went to sleep. Which was late because I was being kept up when the TV would turn on and then I was abruptly woken up by a loud buzzin alarm multiple times (way before my check out time) so I had a pretty bad sleep which is one of the more important things to me while I’m away travelling. Then I wasn’t really asked how anything was when checking out so I couldn’t really address it with the venue. Also I was charged twice for a pre authorisation which I do get back but it’s frustrating too

Great location, modern lobby and good size room. “Valet parking” is a bit costly and signage is not very clear as you still have to drive your own vehicle down to the lower floor before valet parks for you. We also had some issues with exiting as the machine would not accept our room key.

Very average and comfortable but it is so overpriced for what you get. I didn’t like the privacy blind that comes down for the bathroom. Not enough privacy. I upgraded my room because the first room I had was supposed to be Ocean view but you could not see the ocean unless you leaned over the balcony railing.

Room was quite nice and staff were very responsive. However, the hotel continues to undergo major renovations and that really disrupted dining options in the hotel. Also, parking at the garage next door was very expensive—$55 a night, and that really added to our expense.

Amazingly close to the Pier, restaurants and shopping. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, well appointed and supplied. Our only negative were the beds were very uncomfortable… not great for bad backs. Otherwise 5 stars.
