I’ve been trying to call to get a refund. I went to the hotel showed them pictures of the mole that I found in my room, but they couldn’t refund my money or give me a discount because I was booked through third-party so they just moved me to another room, which also had Moe and I have several pictures so I’m trying to figure out how can I be compensated for this issue up coughing all night I guess the room not being clean mold in that room
