The Westin is a nice hotel but needed a little tender loving care. It’s in need of some updating and fixes. The blinds were lopsided, the shower had very little water pressure, it’s just a bit outdated. The air conditioner is preset and wouldn’t get colder than 70° at night even though we had it set for 68. But it was fine for our short stay.

I was stuck outside my room at 1am for a few hours because the door lock wasn’t working. The poor front desk attendant had to open it after a few hours with a hanger and a wire. Terrible experience
