never again
walked into a very cold lobby. only 1 person working so i waited about 10 minutes before i could check in. i was told breakfast was 7am-9am. i walked in at 830 and all the hot food was put away, only cereal was out. very disappointed. if you want a cheap room for the night, you get what you pay for. you can easily see the management /owner doesn't care about this property.

Sadly we didn’t enjoy our stay. The gentleman who checked us in wasn’t really helpful and seemed very annoyed about having to do his job. The room we got was very far down and we asked him if there was another room somewhat closer with access to an elevator that actually works because the one we had close by to the room was out of service, but he refused to help us and instead he said that he could only give us a room next to the gate on the first floor and that it was also far. It honestly seems that he uses that line very often when he doesn’t want to help a guest. We noticed a lot of the same room type vacant the whole time we were there. Also, when my husband went to get an energy drink at their store the guy there said that he needed to spend more than $5 in order for him to charge him, that’s so ridiculous and ghetto. Management needs to improve their staff and customer service. This hotel has a lot of potential but their staff needs to be replaced.

Left my necklace and bracelet was left on the nightstand, house keeping claimed they didn’t see it. My wife and I both saw them on the nightstand, be warned, lock up everything.

Staff was relatively kind. Pool/jacuzzi were closed with no discount which was kind of a bummer. Facility is certainly old and quite dusty. The room was pretty nice and like the pictures other than the floor which had countless stains. I wanted to go to the gift shop on our way out for a souvenir as it was my anniversary, and it was closed even though it was during their regular hours. I didn’t see anyone checking in or out which was a big of a red flag considering it’s peak holiday season. I was a bit disappointed for the reasons I have listed, and the fact that this was the first hotel I have ever booked, but overall I was comfortable and safe.

I would not recommend it was dirty the air conditioning did not work so the room was humid. The bathroom had broken tile. The property said that they turn off the air conditioning because it’s cold but I wasn’t able to open windows so it felt horrible.
