Great location, very clean, and helpful staff. I hoped for better for the food, tried a few of the restaurants and buffet daily. It sadly did not live up to our expectations, considering this was the most expensive Riu out of the three in Cabo. However would still recommend resort in general.

The Rui Palace Baja was such a wonderful vacation, the staff were very nice and friendly, the food option were delicious from the buffets and Asian restaurants. The pool and party were fun with good music. I would recommend this resort to family and friends I really enjoyed my birthday vacation here.

The property was very clean, nice rooms, comfy bed, friendly staff, excellent food options, nice pools with swim up bars! Bartenders on their game remembering your order/s, loved tipping them for their awesome service!! Maids did a wonderful service daily and even a night time turn down. Would recommend and look forward to going back!!

Great time. Excellent food, workers, view, shows, and bartenders. BUT we came down for the sun and it was cold at night and all the bars are outside we froze.

The service was amazing! Rene, the pool bartender, made my experience so great! Everything went perfectly and the food at the restaurants and buffets were super yummy, I definitely got the most out of the all inclusive!

This is great for those that have zero standards and budgets. The food is absolutely disgusting and never hot! The employees handle the food with no gloves or hands washed. They have bed bugs and the room smelled like sewage. Riu used to be a nicer resort, but this was ridiculous! Questionable stained couch cushions and stained towels soaked in bleach and line dried! Do not recommend
