Great resort all around! Lots to do and lots of different pools. I would avoid staying by the Riu Party or even the main villas around the pool as it can be pretty loud on the walk ways late at night. Other than that no complaints!!

Just Do Not! All staff require customer service re- training. Especially for a vacation resort, people are coming to relax, enjoy, and have fun, but that is not the vibe here! They are rude and unkind! The property is not located in an area that's close to any attractions, transportation is required to leave the property. The food options, although it seems plentiful it is very limited, the restaurants serve the same food. The property (lobby, pool areas) are nice and maintain, but the rooms require some updates. The property does not have elevators, so bring your walking shoes! Look for something else!

I should have known this place was going to be a disaster when I couldn’t get anyone on the phone for an entire week before my trip. I called over 20 times just to request adjoining rooms, and when I finally got through, the person I spoke to seemed totally confused about the property. That was just a preview of how frustrating this stay would be. No Elevators – Be Ready to Walk (A Lot) First off, there are no elevators. That means tons of walking, lots of stairs, and zero help with luggage. We had someone in our group with mobility issues, and even after making that clear, they still put us on the second floor—which was actually three flights up. It was exhausting, and we had to hike back to the front desk (a 10-minute walk!) to get the room changed. Front Desk is Useless – Especially Leonard The front desk staff was horrible, and Leonard was by far the worst. He was rude, unhelpful, and made it seem like we were inconveniencing him just by asking simple questions. No one seemed to care about making our stay even remotely enjoyable. Food is Bland & Restaurants Are Impossible to Get Into If you’re expecting delicious all-inclusive food, don’t. The restaurant options were super limited, and nothing we ate was remotely memorable. To make it worse, trying to get a table was ridiculous. One night, we walked into a restaurant that was visibly empty, and they told us they were “full.” When we asked Aaron for help making a reservation

This hotel was very clean and the grounds were spotless! We wished the pools would have been warmer, and there would’ve been more shows at night. Too many beach venders swarming constantly while sitting in the hot tubs! It was overwhelming! Beautiful views, but hard to sit without being bothered by venders!

3rd time here. Not like it used to be. Poolside entertainment & Shows are not what it used to be. Guess they put it into the rave parties which are more for the under 30’s. Al a cartes are just ok. Buffets were smaller than before as well but still good. Drinks are watered down a lot more. Made a building request months before arrival but they did not accommodate it. Staff are not like they used to be. Overall it’s gone down from the past. I would’ve rated this place a 4 out of 5 in the past visits now it’s a 2.5 out of 5 for me.

Nice resort for the amount of money you spend. This was our 2nd year there. Nigh time entertainment is still lacking. This is family friendly but it would be nice if the kids entertainment was held in a different location or ended by 7pm so we could have more adult entertainment. It’s too focused on kids. In the future we’ll be doing adults only resorts.
