Disliked: Cleanliness
Great location but not so clean
Positive: location is amazing and the complex had a great pool too, lovely views. A real plus was that the sheets were included , which is great !. Parking free near the apartment - 1-2 minutes walk to the apartment .
Negative : the place was not clean , we were prepared to pay for the cleaning at the end of the stay but it was quite dirty on arrival that we couldn't justify the expensive cleaning fee since it was not clean on arrival . Lots of things not working perfectly on arrival - a window shutter , the kitchen leaking , water boiler rusty. No air conditioning or fans meant that the apartment was hot very hit , as we went in in the middle of summer , luckily in the mountains it cooled down at night .
The check in opens at 17h when the reception opens (16h on Saturdays)- not possible to check in earlier quite late for check in , we waited a long time . Given the price of the rental in summer would have been nice to check in earlier . Booking using this provider you receive a separate mail for the total, at the start we were not sure about it but there was no need to worry at all because all went well w the reservation .
We would come back again for the location , our children loved it ! but the place needs some reparations and more exigence needed for the cleanliness of the property. It is possible that not all the apartments you can rent are like this bit unfortunately for us it was the case ...
