Peaceful and Inviting Neighborhood
We were very pleased with the convenience of the property in reference to downtown Louisville. Still close enough to get into the city but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful evening.Accommodations were wonderful….comfortable beds and plenty of towels for the three of us. We will certainly be booking this property in the future when we visit.

Good experience; however check in experience was overkill and stressful. Loved TV’s in every room, loved fenced in property. Awesome 3 bedrooms Recommendations: more towels and washcloths, full length mirror, more blankets/ throws. Consider 1 queen bed in bedroom, add kitchen/ dish towels. The backyard should have been raked and cleaned up a little bit, bushes trimmed back.

Super cute and close to everything
The property appears to be newly renovated. It was tastefully decorated, it’s in a quiet neighborhood and it had everything we needed. The kitchen was much better stocked than many VRBOs we have stayed in recently. Jeffersonville has a cute downtown area with restaurants and the waterfront and it is a quick trip over the bridge to Louisville. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed this house!

We were there for a volleyball tournament and the house was very convenient to downtown/Kentucky Convention Center. The house was updated recently and it did not disappoint. It was beautiful and the decor was nice too. The beds were all comfortable and the home was equipped with all the necessary things to make it feel like your own.

Felt Just Like Home!
From the moment we arrived at this beautiful property we felt like we were at a home away home! The house is spacious, clean and cozy and located in a great neighbourhood close to shopping and restaurants. The property manager was excellent to deal with and went over and above to ensure we had a great stay. We literally had zero complaints and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and clean property! Location was great for getting to Louisville quickly (under 10 minutes) and the river front area of Jeffersonville (1 mile away) is a really cool area as well.

Perfect stay if you are going to Louisville
Our stay was incredible. The house was lovely. Beautiful with alil new updates, clean and all the comforts you could ask for. The neighborhood was so nice and quiet. Nice fenced backyard for the dog. Just across the bridge to Louisville but only a few blocks to downtown Jeffersonville with great restaurants.

Thanksgiving stay
This house was great and met our needs! It's a newer home in an older neighborhood with friendly people, a small playground, and lots of walkable space. The fenced in yard was just what we needed for our small dog. We have stayed at three other properties in and around Louisville/southern Indian and we will definitely try to book this one first in the future!! Thanks to our hosts for a great house and a great stay!

Wonderful Stay!
Great communication by the hosts, and the house and location were wonderful. There is a little park right across the street perfect for walking your dog. The house is beautifully designed and still has a homey feel to it. Nice fenced backyard. Would definitely stay again!

This property was a fantastic choice for 5 night stay during Run 4The Roses basketball tournament. Location was close to the Expo Center as well as several food choices in Louisville or Jeffersonville. Thank you hosts for a beautiful and clean home that is very convenient and comfortable.

Great Jeffersonville/Louisville location
I absolutely loved this house. It was beautiful and everything we needed and more was provided. The check in was very easy. The only thing I could say negative was the lights on the back porch did not work and it would have been nice to have a garage door remote for security reasons since it was just me and my teenage daughter. But those were just minor things. The location is just minutes from Louisville. The owner had multiple people contact me for the same things before our visit which was very frustrating and confusing. I almost wasn't sure I would be able to get in but all went well. I still would highly recommend.

a little problem but a nice stay
It was a nice and comfortable. They sent me an email a few days before the day we were staying there and I didn't see it until the night before, because we were already on the road It said if we don't hear from you they were going to cancel our reservation They wanted a pictures of the person who was paying for it plus the credit card and ID ( my husband) It was late and I had a hard time getting in touch with them They finally answered me and asked for a closer picture of the ID I did that but didn't hear from them until an hour before we got there We were not sure if we had the place to stay We got in touch with Vrbo and they got them to call us with the information we needed to stay there. They should ask for the pictures when you make the reservation and give your credit card information Barbara Anne
