Spacious rooms. No issues.

This hotel was fine for the price point. We got in late and didnt really utilize any of the amenities. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was pretty standard, waffles, eggs, potatoes, juices etc. No issues checking in or out. We didnt have time to think about using the pool but it did sound like it had been closed forna few days.

I have never stayed in a hotel that charged a $100 deposit, front desk had absolutely no idea why and could not explain it. The breakfast was terrible. I wasted a gift card on this place! I will never stay at this brand of hotel again.

Uncomfortable environment with no staff

The Service was very poor and unprofessional. Also, there wasn't enough staff available for assistance with anything. It wasn't a very comfortable feeling atmosphere, we felt very uncomfortable when outside of our room.

Refrigerator froze all of my food. Half of the HBO channels were missing or went out when I was watching a movie. Tub dripped constantly. Toilet was too small. Toilet seat was very loose and would not stay in an upright position. Breakfast was below average and only fruit available was green bananas. The eating layout was very poor for more than a few people at a time. Unsupervised kids were running in the halls with loud phone apps blasting well into the night.
