Good value

Pros: Value for money.
Location: Near the beach. Evening entertainment was ok.
Very friendly and efficient reception staff. Our one night stop-off, while not great quality, was excellent value for money. Facilities in the chalet were good, fridge, microwave, toaster.

Value for money

Overall quite good apart from some of the rooms have a lout humming noise from the generator.

Fantastic entertainment

Great value for money x plenty of good food and excellent entertainment x had such a laugh with other guests and all staff very helpful and friendly

Enjoyable Stay

Great value for the money, bathroom has three quarter baths and a push button shower which has to be kept pressed constantly. Food very good for the cost of the break.

Mini Break

room was clean and tidy, bed was very uncomfortable and the lights outside the room couldn't be turned off and shined straight in the room keeping us awake

fabulous stay - great food, great entertainment, highly recommended

We were not sure what to expect when we arrived as though i have been on a Haven and Butlins site before, i had never been to Pontins before. Reception staff were very friendly and gave me clear and precise directions to my chalet and where to park, and the room we were given was ideal. Nice comfy bed, a secondary room with bunk beds and a bathroom. The evening meal was buffet style with a good selection of food on offer - i certainly was not hungry when i left. Evening entertainment was a night at the movies - a plethora of songs from grease, dirty dancing and mamma mia - got to admit this was one of the best cabarets at a holiday park that i have seen - top marks. Breakfast on the Sunday was as amazing as the previous nights dinner - full fry up, perfecto. Overall a fabulous stay, a fabulous location and now my preferred play to return to .

March Mon - Fri Short Break Stay

Value for money stay, chalet was warm & clean although the bed was a bit uncomfortable. TV had only 5 channels & was of the old portable size. Food was plentiful and basic, the steak in ale pie I would recommend. The main ballroom was closed in the afternoons during our stay for work to be undertaken, the film Titanic was being shown in the Princes Bar and staff along with holidaying customers had their coats on as it was so cold in the room. Ideal to use as a base for visiting nearby attractions & value for money.

Pakefield stay

Maas our first stay at Pontins and what a great weekend we had Chalet,food and entertainment were okay and not to forget the hard working staff who were excellent Can not wait to return again
