I specifically requested a room free of fragrances due to allergies and when we got here our room smelled of fragrance and it was making our whole family sick and the woman at the front desk told me that couldn’t be possible and that there were no more rooms even though the parking lot was like empty. Our phone and key reader didnt work so my husband and son were locked out of the room for a time while I was asleep and we couldnt even use the bathroom because the fragrance smell was so bad. Obviously a guest sprayed something but the front desk lady kept saying that wasnt possible. Horrible experience, rude front staff. Will definitely not stay here again.

The beds were uncomfortable and the hotel was not kept up well but the staff were friendly, the breakfast was good and it was clean. For the cost, it was not worth it.
