The pool and hot tub were impeccably clean and well kept. No over use of sanitizer or chlorine. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

Absolutely loved the hotel! The only downfall was the pool smelled like dirty feet and you couldn’t even see the bottom. The room was lovely and enjoyed the jacuzzi tub very much!!

Stayed here because of the hot tub. The first day it worked great however the second day it was broke. The folks here did try to fix it but we’re not able to get it going. The staff did try. Everything else was excellent.

No refund cause I’m from this county

So the man at the front desk told me that the new owners refuse to let anyone that lives within 50miles because of so much vandalism, but not once did he mention that while I was on the phone!! so I paid for a room that was non- refundable that I couldn’t sleep in all because my license had my old address on it!!! So now I’m out $150 and didn’t do anything for my birthday

Nice hotel, but some people have no consideration

Very clean and excellent front desk check in staff. Suite was wonderful. Unfortunately, guests next door were drunk and disorderly, making a lot of noise, yelling, running around, banging on furniture and had a barking dog late into the evening.

Normally love Hampton Inn, but this was not great

The bathroom had mold in the shower and on the ceiling. The shower head was not firmly connected to the wall. The beds were worn out and uncomfortable. The bracket holding the tv was broken and so the angle of the tv could not be adjusted. The couch tried to eat me when sitting in it because it was very worn out as well. The lobby was clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast was great as usual! I love Hampton Inn but this was not a good experience.

Comfortable, with polite staff

Really nice hotel and really nice staff. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. There was a mix up with the check out time as Hotels.com said noon and the hotel’s check out time was 11. But the lady at reception was really polite and considerate. 10/10.

Great breakfast and staff

The front desk staff was really friendly, the room in good condition and clean, and the breakfast above average for this level of hotel. The breakfast area in particular was kept very clean and well stocked, great staff. We were only there for one night and this hotel met our needs well.
