Stylish apartment of over 100 sq.m with lots of character, including exposed beams. The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, as well as a sofa bed on the mezzanine. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200), the second a double bed (140x200), the third a double bed (140x190), and the last bedroom has two single beds (90x190) and a comfortable sofa bed (140x190) on the mezzanine. The apartment is ideally located near the Hôtel de Ville square to discover the City of Light. We draw attention to the fact that as in all old character buildings, the acoustic insulation is relatively limited: out of courtesy towards the other occupants of the building, our visitors undertake to respect the usual rules of good neighbourliness, and in particular to have a responsible attitude in terms of noise nuisance. Any overflow will be subject to police intervention. You will have the full use of the apartment and will be free to use all the equipment. Unlimited internet, TV, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, two mobile air conditioners and two fans. The cleaning fees include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure, as well as bed linen and towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival. A single set of keys will be given to you for your stay. Check-in is autonomous from 5pm. An early check-in option at 2pm is possible for an additional €20. Cleaning fees will be charged a second time in case of non-compliance with the departure time limit. On your departure, please return the accommodation as you found it on arrival. Located in the heart of Lyon (1st arrondissement), on the Presqu\'île, at the level of the Hôtel de Ville, you will find, right under your windows, all the most attractive attractions offered by our City of Light. You will find something for all tastes, restaurants, bars, museums, markets on the Quais de Saône and direct access to Vieux-Lyon. By staying here, you can move around exclusively on foot and have access to the Old Town, including Fourvière, St Jean and its cathedrals St Paul and St Georges, the traboules and its famous Lyonnais bouchons. In addition, you will be a 5-minute walk from the Croix Paquet metro station and 10 minutes from the Hôtel de Ville metro. If you arrive by car, paid parking spaces are available just next to the building depending on availability or at the LPA - Hôtel de Ville car park (Place Louis Pradel, 69001 Lyon), the closest to the apartment (about 30 euros per day), less than 10 minutes walk.
