There is a toilet in the hallway. On the first floor, you'll find three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. On the second floor, you'll find two more bedrooms and a bathroom with sauna, shower and toilet. All the beds are 1-person box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed, or used separately in a twin-room setup. Outside, the villa features a garden with spacious terrace and lawn furniture. There's parking space for two cars directly at the villa.
