Disappointing
The bathroom was not clean. There was a smeared “brown substance” on the toilet. The shower curtain had mildew on it the floor was dirty. There were clothes and underwear in the closet from the previous guests. When I asked them to come and look they insisted that the room was clean and did nothing. The guy asked if those were my clothes in the closet and I said no, he had just checked us in. He took the clothes out of the closet but that was it.

Overall our stay was average. The room was comfortable but I wasn’t loving the bathroom doors. The hallway carpeting needed cleaning but I was told the building was undergoing renovation so that explains it

Stayed here overnight. It was budget friendly so didn’t expect anything special. It appears to be undergoing renovations in the right direction. The staff was unfriendly. The only entry/exit door was through the main lobby. The side doors were emergency use only. Someone left a door propped open and the receptionist called our room accusing us of using the side door. Pool hours were posted on a sign as 11am-8pm. The receptionist rudely suggested we book with another hotel if pool access was that important. Which after taking a look at the pool, it should have been closed for cleaning. The hallways smell of marijuana with a touch of febreeze. Bathrooms are minimally stocked with one tiny bottle of lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and bar of soap. Again, did not expect much for the price but the rude staff was just the most off putting. Would not stay here again and do not recommend. I would spend a little more or try a different hotel for the same price just because of the staffs attitude.

Three rooms before no water coming into the room. Halls musty. Mold in the shower ceiling. Breakfast was bad. No syrup, no forks, no napkins and the gravy for the biscuits was like thin soup. I will never stay there again.

I wouldn't stay here again
I usually read reviews before i go to a hotel and i read 2 of them but upon being at the hotel i should have read them more thoroughly. Upon arrival the foyer of that is what they want to call it was inviting and nice after that i was not to happy. Walking down the halls the doors were dirty, the carpet definitely needs to be changed and the elevator cleaned. Once in the room it was clean but then I noticed there was either mold or fire damage to the ceiling and curtains. The TV was small compared to other hotels but worked. I took my kids to the pool and my point issue was there were a lot of wasp around but it's mother nature. The pill definitely needs to be cleaned and a new liner. We are breakfast on our last day and that was a no. The drink machine only had cranberry juice, although i didn't get any coffee because they only had half & half creamer, a guess next to me did and said it was nasty. There was no other choices of creamer. There wasn't many food choices and upon putting our trash in the can, a roach crawled up wall and i tried to kill it. The WiFi was the worse. They tell you to use one that is not secure and you can't connect(other guest had the same issue because i asked). The only way to get WiFi is to have them put the password on for the other Wi-Fi they use. This is a inconvenience and should have been a red flag as most hotels give you a password on the key card to use WiFi. I wouldn't pick this hotel for another stay, customer service wasgreat.

unknown substance (assuming blood?) on the wall, blankets, and floor. blankets looked, smelled, and felt unwashed. roaches on the wall and it smelled so bad i was literally gagging walking through the lobby to leave in the morning. i had originally booked 2 rooms for a pit stop on the long drive to my actual destination, but after the first stay i will be cancelling my second booking, refund or not. i would have cancelled this stay too if i had known what i was walking in to but i got there late and had basically no other choice. absolutely putrid in this place. they need to change absolutely EVERYTHING about this place. stains on every piece of furniture, the “white” blankets were literally YELLOW! absolutely revolting. BUGS ON THE CEILING AND WALLS! i stopped for a night of rest during a 36 hour trip and ended up leaving more tired than i was when i got there because it was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep knowing what was crawling around me. i am VERY disappointed.
