This was a wonderful, charming hotel. Even the lobby was "old-school, with wood desks, magazines, and a friendly clerk. The room was quaint, in the best way. Lots of wood furniture, the bed was comfortable, even the toilet was re-jiggered to look like an old toilet (the tank was mounted high on the wall, and the flush handle had a pull-chain. So charming! The breakfast was first-rate, and the HVAC was quiet (rare in hotels). I highly recommend.
