We have stayed here a few times after an overnight flight from USA and have always been very happy with it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating to our needs. The bed and linens are great! Nice clean rooms and bathroom. Car park on property and a decent breakfast! You can also walk to other places to eat and pick up things from the supermarket a few buildings down. Great hotel.

The property listing is not what was delivered; there were no slippers or bathrobes and the mini bar had 2 tiny water bottles and a bottle of juice. The service at the restaurant was excellent but then I only had coffee.

Comfortable @ Clement

Although the hotel was fully booked, we were able to secure room for a second night due to cancellation as well as to the kindness of those at the front desk. Both the morning and night staff were attentive to our needs; and the hotel is conveniently close to the Madrid airport. We will stay here again. A+
