We come to Madrid quite a lot and always book this hotel. We truly feel like we’re home, it is right in plaza España and a walk away from gran via. If you’d like it is also walkable to other parts of town like Salamanca and el Prado (if you don’t mind walking long distances). The staff is quite lovely, we couldn’t love this place more!

The hotel was in a great position in Madrid. Very helpful staff at all times. Slight difficulty in communicating with staff at breakfast. We don’t speak Spanish.
