Perfect Home for a Perfect Trip!
Bruno’s home is perfect for our family’s annual vacation to the magnolia area! It has everything you need and more with PLENTY of space and things to do! This is our second time staying here and we can’t wait to come back again next year! 7 days 6 nights didn’t feel long enough! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need, many different styles of coffee makers (huge bonus!), and the game/movie room is perfect for end of day relaxing! We usually stay here during colder weather so we don’t use the pool but the hot tub is perfect!!! Bruno is awesome and is always available if you need anything. Great Host!!! Thank you for allowing us to come and enjoy your home for the second time!! Look forward to next year!!

Lots of room and nice pool and hot tub. Would stay again. Host was very communicative even when there was an issue with some bees. He cleaned them but had one guest who was allergic to bees so host refunded his hotel stay for a night.

We had a large group of 4 families with young kids (with bedrooms to spare) and loved our stay! Kids and adults all enjoyed it. The outdoor space is especially fabulous with plenty of covered area so that we also enjoyed our rainy day. We will be booking again!

Family gathering
We enjoyed our stay and the grand kids loved the pool. There was lots of room to spread out and the location was very private. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working (the host informed us before our stay). The kitchen could use a few more cooking bowls/utensils but there were plenty of dishes. We would recommend this location for the price!

Perfect for our family gathering
The property was absolutely perfect. We have 4 children and they each have families and it worked perfect. Way more room than we even needed. The guest house was perfect for my son with the 2 year old because it was quiet. Owners were responsive and even came to the rescue one evening leaving his son's own birthday party. Over all a great stay!

What an Adventure
Our group of 8 ladies, (some being quite elderly) were able to enjoy this home completely for 1 of our 4 scheduled nights. Then Hurrican Beryl came and although we were quite safe, power went out and our trip was cut short. Bruno did everything in his power to help us and even brought a generator over. We were hopeful but after the 2nd night, it was doubtful power would be restored soon. The place was immaculate, and the place conforms to older people. All bedrooms are on the ground floor, but one main has a step up to access it. The beds are comfortable. The pool is very accessible as well. We utilized the propane grill and it is top notch! Kudos to Bruno, who was there for us ladies.

Perfect for Event
We thoroughly enjoyed this property. It is absolutely stunning and the perfect venue to host our daughter’s graduation celebration. There was literally a place for everyone. Our older guests were comfortable in the AC in the large living room area, the smaller kids and their parents enjoyed the pool, the graduate and her friends loved the game room and everyone else socialized in the many gazebos. It was absolutely PERFECT! We even were able to take some beautiful family pictures.

Family gathering and Pre-wedding dinner
We stayed three nights and hosted a Pre-wedding dinner for around 35 people. This property was perfect for our event and for the family to all stay together. The pool and outdoor living areas are a great place to enjoy Texas sunshine and sit in the shade. Fabulous kitchen to cook in and our chef loved it. Beds are comfy, and home has a great arrangement for family groups to have multiple games or conversations going on.

Perfect house and location for big families visiting Houston
This house was amazing, inside and out. The outdoor decks provided endless entertainment opportunities for our family during our weeklong stay with the hot tub, the pool, the outdoor TV and the game room with pool table. The house is in a perfect location, a nice quiet neighborhood outside of the city bustle but 35-40 minutes to everything you want to visit. The host Bruno was responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommend for big families or large gatherings in the Houston area.

Truly a Country Oasis
Accomodated a group of 10 perfectly! As many mentioned there was no informational booklet, but we were able to easily contact the host to help operate the spa and answer any questions.We did have some issues with one bedroom's electrical switches in the main house and around 730pm on Sunday we were approached by the neighbor to turn off the music playing on the outside speakers. Overall clean and lots of space! Approved by all 10 guests.

Our staycation was wonderful. It was so nice to have enough room for our grandkids to run around & have plenty to do! It took us a hot minute to learn the layout of the house 😊, hide n seek inside was definitely fun! Bruno & his wife are extremely nice & responded quickly. My only suggestion would be an instructions or info book in the house. The men appreciated the large grill. I appreciated having my family under 1 roof! Definitely will be back!

Decker Place stay
The house had ample space and the pool was great for the kids and family. We had a small gathering of family for my mother's birthday and the outside patio spaces were more than sufficient and wonderful that they were covered. Just personal preference but the vegetation was a little overgrown and a bit too close to the house for me as there were a lot of insects around the gathering areas. This might not be a lot by Texas standards though just noting. Check in process was a bit difficult but the property manager was made aware and then very open with communication and good to work with. I would suggest a book for renters that has wifi passwords and tv instructions, property fyi's, as well as local grocery and restaurants nearby as I've had with other properties. Overall, if you are looking for a small family gathering or a vacation with additional family to have separate areas this was a wonderful house for that. Comfortable, peaceful, welcoming. The kids stayed entertained, active, and loved it!

Rough Start
The automated front door lock didn't work and we were standing in 100+ degree heat. Had to call owner and co-owner both two or more times before I received a call back. They were able to let us in remotely. We found that the arcade games don't work, the ice maker in the house doesn't work, there is no binder with passwords or instructions. Positives: house is very large and clean, pool was clean, Tomball Bowl was loads of fun.

Family Get Away
Amazing house. The house was so big we were practically playing hide and seek without knowing it. We spent most of our time outside in the hot tub, by the pool, and just hanging out under the main gazebo watching the Astros game on the outdoor tv. There was fun everywhere you turned. Definitely considering having another family get away next year here at this property. Owners were very helpful with anything and everything. Highly recommend this property for anyone and everyone.

I FELL IN LOVE
Ok so where do I begin. I booked a month in advance, by the time the big day came around, I honestly felt like Bruno and I were besties. So polite,so willing to help. His place was GORGEOUS!!! The pool, the hot tub,tye bar,the game room,the bedrooms,the kitchen. I mean EVERYTHING was amazing. We had a party in the day time, and a wine down that night. And the price was sooooooo worth it. I will definitely be back to visit my new house. Lol Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!!

Great houses, just needed a few touches
The house was amazing just needs a few finishing touches. With it being such a big house there should have been a book/binder to explain the house as we weren’t aware the owner wanted to do a house walk through at check in time. Also, we did put kids were going to come to the house so the lawn should have been mowed. There was barely any gas in the propane tanks so we didn’t get to finish a meal. Other than that, we had a great stay.
