Worse than hostels
I slept so much better in shared dorms at hostels throughout this trip than I did here. As a solo traveler, I’m used to getting bad service from businesses, however, purposely giving me the room next to a staff only room where they banged the doors throughout the night was something I’ve never experienced before. On top of this, the limited access to the advertised rooftop is a joke. If I’m paying to stay at your hotel, why am I not able to enjoy the rooftop as much as the outsiders who aren’t staying there? It’s also a joke that it opens at 3 then closes late at night. Saying that, the hotel is constantly busy through the night, with people coming and going to the rooftop. It’s definitely not worthy of being a 3* hotel. It’s worse than a hostel. The room itself was mostly okay and the bathroom was nice and spacious. However, it’s extremely dusty so this didn’t help my allergies. There was also a lot of hair. The duvet that is placed inside the wardrobe was covered in dirt and hair. I slept cold the first night. This was the last stop of my trip and I chose this place as I thought I would leave Spain feeling well-rested and relaxed to go home. I left feeling so tired. If you’re wanting to stay at a central location in Malaga, I recommend looking for hostels. Cheaper and you’ll be able to sleep.

Four day Xmas break
The room was small and tired looking. The bed was very comfortable it was advertised as a queen size but it was just a double. The outside balcony was great. It’s in a great location very central. It is noisy at night due to the roof top bar.

Late nights and slow mornings then this is it!
Every member of staff we met at reception was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a brilliant location, looks very nice and clean. If you get a twin room the beds are small but comfortable. Brilliant hotel if you are a night owl, if not I would recommend not being on the 4th floor, the noise from the rooftop bar travels down the lift/stairs. Also can hear noise from the street. If you are in a hurry in the morning I would suggest avoiding the breakfast service. They can only take one tables order at a time and complete said order before they move on to the next table. We waited over 30mins one morning to have our order taken, I even watched one man give up and head over the road for breakfast. However they will provide a packed breakfast if you are going out before 8am.

A good hotel
Perhaps it's only us 😅, but we found the hotel a little difficult to locate - better signage might help. The staff were great. Receptionist was excellent- polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The corridor to our room was very dark, difficult to see the door handle. The bedroom was a strange shape. We had two single beds ( which were very comfortable), but neither was in a position where we could watch the television. Yes, I understand we didn't go to Malaga to stay in bed and watch tv, but it would have been good to have the opportunity! Good big bathroom, with large shower. We had breakfast there and it was tasty and well worth the €10. The area around the hotel was great.. beside lots of cafes and restaurants.

Great location, great staff.
We stayed for 2 nights. The location is excellent. Walkable to shops and restaurants in a pedestrian friendly and lively area. Parking is tricky, but the hotel offered a discount and gave us details ahead of time. We needed a few things the front desk was helpful with (a fan, because the a/c was turned off, help with the phone because it was broken, a taxi to the airport, and extra water). The hotel can arrange for a taxi to the airport, which was helpful. The room is comfortable, but it was warm. I do appreciate the eco friendly features. We were able to decline housekeeping and not wash towels, etc. No pool or spa services. No laundry. The rooftop bar is fun though very crowded. Overall, a great central place to stay to explore Malaga. Thank you for great customer service.

Good central location but cannot reach it by car or taxi so be prepared for a walk with your cases. Our room was 1st floor and we had a lot of noise from the small walkway below the window. We were also immediately opposite a building with a street light in front of the window. The room was therefore dark in the day and floodlit at night. The room was very small and we didn’t bother with breakfast as it wasn’t a buffet and you could get much better food from the nearby cafes. Nice rooftop terrace but when we went up there it was being used for a children’s birthday party so was very noisy. Good as a base for a short stay but a bit expensive for the lack of facilities.

It claimed it was a gastro-hotel but its associated restaurant was closed on Sundays. The TV was only in Spanish and even though the staff (GREAT STAFF) tried to correct it, we could not get even English subtitles. The bathroom had so much mold behind the tiles, the hotel had installed a strong smelling air freshener to attempt to cover it.
