When we got there I thought I had booked with breakfast but lady in reception said I hadn’t. The way she spoke to us and her tone was unwelcome. ‘Well do you want breakfast or not?’ ‘You don’t have to have it’ We wanted it and paid for it. She then assigned us a tiny room. It was busy at breakfast for a Sunday am but was full of foot ball supported going on the Inited game. The two coffee machines had a continuous queue. For the price there are better in the area for sure..

Comfortable stay for football

Overnight stay for the football, very friendly staff and comfortable clean room. Parked at the Q Park 5 minutes walk for £15, you can contact the hotel for a discount code.

Great room, breakfast lacking.

The room was clean and well equipped and check in staff were very friendly. Only issue was in the quality of the breakfast, fried potatoes were almost raw, one coffee machine or of service meaning long queue.

the lobby, bar and restaurant are nicely decorated and in good condition. the rooms however are not and need upgrading - my room smelt of smoke. the bedrooms do not match the public areas and equally do not match the advertised pictures

the hotel room was so noisy, constant doors banging kept waking up through the night, the air con didn’t work too well in our room and the room it’s self was dark and could barely see had go use my phones torch, mysterious patches on the carpet. the staff were lovely though and it was a good hotel but a shame about our room being the way it was / located in the hotel as i saw so many good reviews and the Leonardo chain it’s self

Great location, great staff on site. However, telephoning in advance about the parking discount was inconsistent and wrong. The staff onsite did rectify in a manner, which was good but staff need to be trained to all understand and give the same information

Cute but not clean

The check in clerk was lovely and very helpful. They kept our bags for us while we waited to check in. We were early and waited a couple of hours then they let us check in early. There was plenty of comfy seating in the lobby. Very cute and close to restaurants. We only stayed one night but ran out of toilet paper the first evening with no extra in the room. There was only one tissue in the tissue box as well. The room had not been cleaned thoroughly, there was an EXTREMELY gross towel covered in something red/orange crusty in one of the drawers that had been left by a previous customer. There was a crumpled tissue shoved into the peephole. The restaurant was not open as advertised (all over the hotel) and when we inquired about food were met with some hostility as they said “We’re not open sometimes because not enough people come here.” The hair dryer did not work. Walls were very thin and could hear everything. Overall a fine stay but not sure I’d go back because of the cleanliness issue
