Really lovely hotel. Very helpful staff - one lovely member of the bar staff went out of her way to help with a request - and the room was spotless with a coffee machine, good shower and comfortable bed. Super-convenient. Literally three minutes' walk from Manchester Piccadilly and opposite Social, a well-reviewed dining spot. Would definitely stay again.

Had a lovely stay, nice hotel in a great location. Complimentary glass of Prosecco on arrival was a good addition. Breakfast was lovely and the room was very spacious. The shower was also amazing. The only slight complaint that I would have is the fire alarm went off on several occasions during the stay.

Not quite a city view

Hotel stay was good. However the room I booked was a deluxe Queen with a city view. I thought the room was on the small side, the bed didnt seem like a Queen, and the city view was of the 7 storey warehouse next door ? Everything else was fine, I just think for £167 a night, no breakfast, was a little expensive. But overall a decent stay.

No hot water

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Lovely staff. BUT no hot water for showers. Staying over for a concert there were two basics we needed. A comfy bed (tick) and a hot shower the next morning. Mentioned the problem at checkout but all we got was "it will be back soon". A bit pointless to comment when we had to be checked out in the next 20 minutes. Not good enough for the price paid.

I am so happy that this hotel exists - now a go to first choice hotel whenever I’m in the city. The room is spacious and the service was excellent. They put customers in a high regards. I went to the fitness area and while it is small it is clean with all the equipment you need when you want to get moving. Furthermore the bar looked excellent and had a range of options which I appreciated. Based on location I find that it is so conveniently placed with a range of parking options. Wish I took more pictures here
