Room issue

This is our third time to stay in coro. But this time They gave us a really uncomfortable room, which is they make us choose, pet friendly room or room without view.. we choose of course the room without view coz my partner has asthma. This is the problem, u need to wait like 5 minutes til the hot water will work, like literally u need to open the shower and wasted lots of water before it gets hot. We talk to the receptionist about this problem and they send someone to fix it but he didn’t fix he just say that he cannot do anything about it. They will just fix later when we check out. So frustrating. I don’t think we will stay here again.

It was a fast stay of just one night. The room was clean but smelled very strong of cleaning supplies that it gave me a headache. The front desk ladies were very helpful and kind in assisting in transportation. Would stay again.
