Being just opened a few months it was good. Customer service is a 5/5. The rooms was 4.9 in my opinion. More on the smaller size (I’m used to big hotel rooms) but still was good. They are still renovating/building but it dosent intrude your stay. Breakfast option was good. Shuttle to the airport went great. Overall 4.9/5 I will definitely go back when the hotel is finished.

Stayed here with my family (2 kids, ages 4 and 9). We had a family room which was actually one room with a queen size bed and a separate room that had two single beds with a connecting door in between. My parents also stayed with us in a separate room. This hotel is beautiful. I believe it's brand new so it's very clean and appeared to be well maintained. The location is perfect as it is close to the airport and shopping. I wouldn't walk to the mall (you totally could) we just didn't because it was very humid and hot out however it's so easy (and affordable) to get around with Grab (Asia's version of Uber in North America). Our stay came with daily breakfast buffet. The food was amazing. There is a good mix of traditional Filipino dishes along with Western cuisine. Everything was fresh and delicious everyday. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Chester Rosales at the concierge was always so helpful with our bags (we always came back to the hotel with shopping) and waited with us for our Grab driver to come and load our suitcases. The gym (though we didn't use it) was brand new with high end equipment and a lot of space. The pool was nice too. I would say it's a bit small for the property but it was nice to be able to go for a swim. It's located in a very nice outdoor area with plenty of seating. We didn't get a chance to try any of the other dining options or the bar but we will definitely be back to try them next time.

It was the most comfortable bed in PH I sleep on which is almost like sleeping on the floor for USA standards. Made my back start hurting just in time for my 7500 mile trip back to USA.The drain in the bathroom didn’t have a vent on it so u could hear it choking on water half the night. The wires on the back of the outlet above the desk was loose and somehow made the lamp by the bed flicker. Breakfast was all u can eat but very cheap lame mostly carb foods. The eggs are liquid gag. The bacon is soo bad. Staff was very helpful and I made a list of 5 things for them to look at. Oh ya the horrible SMELL in the lobby that chokes u up and pisions ur lungs when u first walk in the building is almost unbearable. The to was ok tho. U don’t get a top Sheet under the comforter tho for some reason with any place in PH I guess. No place to put ur luggage to open it up really sucks. The bright night light in front of the bed is annoying. The flickering green flash light right above the bed sucks when trying to go to sleep. Just such bad engineering. I hope they install better quality outlets in the new rooms getting redone.

Very loud lobby and had construction workers who were hanging outside of our window (9th floor), laughing very loudly, singing and talking for an hour starting at 6:30 AM. The bar and pool area are very small for being the "biggest" hotel in the Philippines and the pool closed at 8PM?? Which is honestly way too early. Staff was very attentive and polite, but hard to reach sometimes, even when they gave us their WhatsApp to improve communication. We would not likely stay here again.
