superior room I booked - space is big for aolo traveller. wnough for couple. But for 3 to 4 pax, you need to get a bigger room for a more relaxing stay. Overall, this is a great hotel for the price in the area. Mall access is my main selling point.

In the restaurant area, staff should be more attentive on taking menu orders. Our group ordered 3 pancakes but only one served. i asked the staff to follow up on unserved pancakes but never came back, and we just decided to leave. But overall experience you guys rock!!!

Nice stay

Room and bed were fine. Things were in good working condition and in good shape. Staff is super nice and friendly. We stayes 9 nights it would have been nice to see a one or two deeper cleaning effort not just quick in and out. Also note that no outside guests are allowed in the room.

The Television set in our room is ghostly, turning on by itself day and night. Engineering came 3 x without sucess. Lost a lot of sleep especially one night when the TV turned on almost every 10min. in one hr. There was no offer of any form of compensation for these problems. Otherwise, the stay was good.
