I usually stay here and it’s always been excellent from the staff to the location and the amenities. They added a bulk laundry service of P1000 for up to 4 kilos which is way better than a normal hotel laundry service. They also have new shampoo and soaps that are wonderful. I always recommend people upgrade and get the club level access for your own location for breakfast, tea time & cocktail hour.

It was just an overnight stay so it wasn’t that much experience on their amenities and staff service. The room was just ok.It was pretty small, the reception area was small too..The security guard were very attentive and efficient, the receptionist who helped as out was friendly and welcoming.

I had surgery so I cant afford to go down to eat at their breakfast buffet. They were so nice to allow my mom to pack enough food for me. There is just one staff who gave my mom a hard time but that was it. Thanks for the understanding

Nice hotel in a great location.

I’ve been coming to the Seda hotel for over 10 years. It’s a comfortable hotel in a great location in BGC. I would recommend it. Unfortunately their prices have almost doubled since I started going there, but I guess the same can be said for other hotels out there. Still a good value for the money. There are nicer hotels in BGC, but you’ll pay for it.

The hotel is in perfect location walking distance going to Market Market, SM Aura and BGC high street. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The area around the hotel is all you needed.

From the moment you walk in the hotel, you are greeted by friendly and accommodating staff. One notable front desk personnel is Aira Cruz, who assisted me in checking-in, adding one more room to the three rooms I originally booked. We realized upon our arrival in Baguio, that my daughter-in-law left her laptop.
