Terrible experience, we went here to vlog the area but they asked us to stop recording the part of the casino and ordered us to delete it right away which makes it suspicious and there was no sign that we weren’t allowed to. And other vloggers like me have recorded the place with the casino from social media but it was not deleted. It’s like they disrespected us based on looks. Because I felt uncomfortable wearing fancy stuff so I wanted to record comfortably. But ever since my experience in Solaire has been negative reviews especially the smoking in the casino. I prefer Shangri-La The Fort Hotel better for tourists. As a critic, this place is not good for recommendations. We wanted to give them the chance of advertising the place to get more tourists but they lost it. So, we will not come back ever when we come back to the Philippines.

Euro style shower in room possibly needed cleaned drain, quickly overflowed area. Light inside washroom might just be a stylistic colouration but appeared a bit dirty inside the glass. And we were given notification of the outside window maintenance crew coming around for the 9th to 15th possibly however they were servicing the window on the 8th, thankfully we were fully dressed as it was reasonable hours. View was very nice at night time for city facing but overall so so during day time due to significant construction in the area. They called the day prior to check out to arrange a cab to airport for me however at time i was checking out it was not scheduled unfortunately but was fast and cheap to come around. Honestly the largest complaint is that markings for where to go are a bit unclear leaving you a bit concerned on arrival as to what is happening with luggage ... although i think its to draw more attention to the casino and restaurants. Not terrible just really inconvenient for a first visit definitely better once you understand
