Great home base in The Keys
Stayed for a week with our kids and grandkids. Plenty of room. House was clean and well stocked with appliances, pool toys and beach supplies. We rented a pontoon for a few days and the canal location was perfect. Property manager was very responsive to questions and resolved a minor issue immediately. Loved our stay!

Perfect Location with a Great Property
Had a fantastic week with wonderful weather. The house was exactly as advertised, well laid out, beautiful decor and clean throughout. Our family was thrilled with the accommodations the minute we walked into the home. Shortly after exploring the home and awesome backyard, we walked on the dock only to be greeted by a manatee swimming under the dock - Very cool! We really enjoyed exploring the canals with the provided kayaks.Jessica was a wonderful host who quickly answered all of our questions before and during our stay. The backyard is beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more. We highly recommend this property if Marathon and the Florida Keys are on your destination list!

2 week stay
This is a very nice property with great dockage. The house had everything we needed including an ice machine. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are comfortable and there is a tv in every bedroom. I did run to Bealls and get a few washcloths and a shower caddy for the master bath but that was my choice. The towels are white and I didn’t want to stain them with sunscreen or makeup. The dock was great for our 34foot cat. There are bumpers on the post, a fish cleaning station, water and electric It is about a 15-18 minute idyl to open water. Jessica was very easy to contact and resolved two minor issues quickly. We will definitely seat here again!

Marathon Trip
This was our second time staying in this house. We love the house and location. The house is spacious, clean, and well stocked. I love that the pool area offers privacy with the plants that line the property. Would definitely come back.

Great Location!! Great Property
This is our second time staying here DOES NOT DISAPPOINT. Pros Very Clean, nice dockage, great AC over all very nice! Cons-Ice machine didn't work, laundry is very loud when you do a load of clothes, and over all living area is small for 8-10 ppl. But for the price you can’t complain!! Definitely will be back!

Jessica's home was awesome. They accommodated every request and were super helpful. Anything that came up they addressed quickly and the property was gorgeous. I would highly recommend this property and I will be back again.

This is a wonderful home on a beautiful canal. We had 4 adults and two teenagers and there was plenty of room for everyone. This house is in a great central location as well as being close to fishing and the beach. The house has everything you need from kitchen ware to pool/beach supplies and fishing gear. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Wonderful Stay
This property was amazing! The house is very well laid out, beautiful decor and clean! We tend to cook most dinners in, and the kitchen was so well equipped - even a crock pot and great blender. Pool was beautiful and so many fun water toys, fishing rods and more. The dock is awesome - we rented a boat for the week and it was perfect. Plenty of beach towels and house towels. Location was great, too. Jessica was super communicative when we asked a question. Thanks for a great vaca!

Lovely week in the Keys
Love the floor plan of the house, we had it full one week and just two of us for an 2nd week and both worked well. The pool and dock were great, with afternoon sun. The lagoon is wide, with great views, and we had a manatee and pelicans visit at the dock.

Great Stay
We had a wonderful Christmas vacation in this home. The property manager was very communicative and easy to work with. We loved the pool and the kayaks - the location was also perfect. Very close to grocery stores, the beach and activities. We had some accidental damage and the property manager was straightforward with a resolution. We would definitely stay here again.

Great time Back
This is our second stay at this property. Overall a great experience for the 8 of us. Fishing from the dock is fun and we caught a lot of fish. Ty e in house amenities are a nice plus ie beach chairs, umbrellas, ice machine and coolers. Great Sun on the pool most of the day and particularly in the afternoon after a day at the beach. We are looking forward to coming back.

Amazing house
This house was really nice. It was perfect for 2 families to share. The location was great. Close to everything and the canal was close to deep water. The pool was great as we had 3 kids with us ranging in ages from 9 to 6. We also loved the kayaks. The house was really clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The week was really hot and the AC worked great which is essential. The dock and canal was easy to maneuver and get our 25 ft boat in and out of. Jessica was super responsive. I highly recommend Jessica’s place.

Great week at Sombrero Sunset!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was well appointed. Had 4 bedrooms which were all coastal decorated and good sized living dining kitchen open concept. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. Plenty of parking space for cars and boat trailer. The patio and terrace upstairs were awesome with beautiful views of pool and canal. Location was perfect with a large dock for our boat and pool for the kids and sombrero beach just down the street. The sunsets were beautiful from the backyard patios! Jessica was an amazing host and responded to any requests we had. We did ask to have the pool chilled and it was a good call as it was a very hot week and the pool remained very refreshing. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice house
My 2 daughters, 2 grandsons and I were coming out to Florida from California to visit my sister-in-law and we all stayed in the house for a week. It was a wonderful week and my sister-in-law was so happy to have a 'free' vacation ! The house was the perfect size for our group and we spent much of the time in the pool ! We really enjoyed staying at this home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, really close to restaurants and stores. It was really well stocked with everything you might need on vacation. The home is extremely spacious and beautiful. The boys really enjoyed fishing right off the dock as well. The property manager was quick to answer any questions we had. House was perfect. Jessica was very responsive and helpful. Beds were VERY comfortable. Would recommend adding the pool temperature control for summer months to cool it down. We added and it made the pool incredibly refreshing after a day on the water. Amenities well thought out and had everything you could need.

Everything was very nice and comfortable. Clean and AC worked great! Pool was wonderful. Ice machine doesn’t make enough ice for fishing and the only thing I did like was when walking across the house the floor made a lot of noise because it’s on stilts and it’s wood house. Other than that everything was great.
