Great location on Marathon!

This property is fantastic! Great location in Marathon, everything that you could need is close by. The outdoor hut and kitchen is amazing! The property is kept up really well, very clean, the kitchen has everything that you look for in a kitchen.

Family get away
Lovely property. We enjoyed the heated pool, bikes, and the amenities. Very well equipped, clean and comfortable home. Happy that they provided beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. Beds and rooms were very comfortable. We would rent again in a heartbeat, from Pineapple Properties. Hosts were very responsive and the handyman was friendly. One chair had a broken leg- we advised the host and put it to the side. We didn’t need it fixed as there were plenty of chairs- the handyman came and replaced the leg immediately. Great location to easily explore the keys, we went to key west, and Islamorada. We enjoyed exploring the area including : Bahia Honda park, the crane point museum and nature center , sombrero beach, and the turtle hospital.

Beautiful home. We spent a week here and most of it was outside on the patio! Great place to gather and watch tv or just hang out. Beds were super comfortable. Customer service 10/10. Overall stay and house A+.

The house was great, as pictured/described and the outdoor area was fantastic!! Meredith was wonderful and super responsive. She provided us with some great tips on dining and adventures in the area. Renting and docking a boat on the property was easy. The house was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, dish and dishwasher soap, laundry soap, hand soap and small shower bar soap, which was great, however there weren't any spices, baggies, tin foil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters or any such basics in the house. There is a standard drip coffee pot - no Keurig. The supermarket is very close, so it wasn't a problem to shop for all these items but of course we had a lot left over from buying new and more than we needed for a week, which we gave to the neighbors. Hopefully knowing this will help in packing and possibly bringing some of these items from home. Overall a great time!

A little piece of paradise! This property was clean, the beds were comfortable and had everything we needed, plus more! It was especially nice to have the bicycles, paddle boards and kayak available for use. It was great to have the private pool and boat dock. We had a wonderful weekend with friends cooking and hanging out under the tiki hut!

Had a great stay. Weather was good and lots of time spent in the pool. We brought our boat to fish and having it tied to the dock right outside the door was convenient. House was clean and ready at check-in. It was an overall good renting experience.

Good, but not great
We had enough space, pool was almost clean. Looked like pictures. Really damaged and sparse kitchen equipment. Does not get cool inside, so we didn’t sleep well so hot. Not enough patio furniture on the inside level for the number of guests it sleeps.

Family Get away.
What a great property. It was everything we Michiganders wanted in a Florida Sunshine Getaway. It lived up to the pictures and descriptions in the listing. Meredith was very quick to respond to any questions we had, but there really wasn't any. The rooms are all very spacious, bathrooms very clean and appliance were all in great working order. Plus there were things for my grandson that were also clean, safe and in good working condition ( high chair, pack n play) I would only suggest another gate for at the bottom of the steps. There is PLENTY of pool accessories and the cooler outside was great for drinks. The location is perfect in the middle of the stretch of keys for day trips etc, and it was great to have the grocery stores 1/2 mile away! We were all so pleased with this property and may very well be back again next year!

Family Reunited
The family had a great time hanging out in Marathon at the Reel Life 2 house. There were 6 of use from various parts of the US getting together for a winter getaway. The Tiki hut/pool area is awesome. We used it every day. The accommodations/ and decor of the house are wonderful. We road bikes around town - went down the street to Sombrero Beach several days and went deep sea fishing and cooked up our catch that evening at the house. The hosts are friendly and responsive. It was a great time had by all. We will be back.
