First off, the house is really great - good location, spacious, comfortable beds and nice view on the Marina.
Kitchen could be better equipped (as an example, although the house can host a whole family the only frying pan was for 2 people maximum). The placemats were also dirty and have obviously not be cleaned.
My main point is about the overall experience - after booking, I tried to reschedule but did not really receive any clear answer besides "we normally do not accept rescheduling"
Fine. Then I had to finalize the booking (it was already fully paid) by signing a 25 page contract; most of it did not apply as we were not bringing a boat but still had to go through a horrible online experience that took forever. The contract states that if you bring pets, they cannot go on the furniture, cannot be left unattended or have to be kept in a crate etc.
Does not make you feel welcome. I sent as requested picture of my pets plus their vaccination certificate.
Closer to our trip, I received a request for sending the same documentation. Follow up message was stating that I would receive the entry code one week prior while I got it at 4.30 PM on check-in day, after already receiving a message "almost time to check out,"
