Nice House in a Beautiful Place!
Great house that fit our family of 5 (adult children) well. House was clean and in a good location. If you had a boat or were planning on renting a boat for your stay, it would be a good option. (Currently, the docking area is under construction so not an option for us.) One note... the kitchen isn't stocked with any basics like salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. Many houses that we've rented through VRBO had some of those items, but this house didn't have anything. I only mention for future renters to plan on bringing anything you might need for cooking. (They did have pots and pans and cooking tools.)Overall a great place and good location!

This place was great! Home away from home. It was very clean. The blender broke and they had a new one at the door within an hour. Had the boat out back and the marina personal were also very professional and personal. This will be my go to place forever when visiting the Keys on vacation.

Not bad. Price is too high for this place. We like indigo reef much better. We chose this because we weren’t planning on being there from Saturday to Saturday and coral lagoon had a shorter minimum

Relaxing Getaway
My husband and I along with another couple stayed for a few nights while we were in town for our annual fishing trip in Marathon. The home provided us a relaxing space to stay, gather and close to everything we needed. We chose this location as opposed to a hotel so we could relax in mornings with coffee on the back porch together and have more of a private getaway to eat in if we desired. The location and amenities were an added bonus, although we didn’t use the pool during our stay, it was open and others seemed to be enjoying themselves. We met several other guests staying in other units around us that have been return guests and we can see why. Beautiful, well maintained and equipped with whatever you might need during your stay. A relaxing location overlooking the canal and nicely decorated home with comfortable beds. Great table for game night off the kitchen and our favorite was the back porch where we spent most our time when we were at the house. We would definitely recommend this rental and plan to return as future guests. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The property worked well for various sleeping requirements. We have stayed in numerous short term rentals and were pleasantly surprised with some of the amenities: dishsoap, laundry soap, garbage bags, paper towels. Likewise it could have been better with a few extra toilet papers! TV worked well and the setting was great.

Best trip I’ve had
This place coupled with the marina next door was absolutely perfect for our trip. They were attentive, quick to respond and answered questions quickly. The slip by the unit had power and fresh water to clean and keep the boat clean after a day on the water. The boathouse marina next door is outstanding as well. They were very helpful for with our boat. Thank you to all and definitely going to try to stay there again. Marcos

Great location, Management Could Be Better
Stayed 4 Nights in December 2023 with 4 adults and 2 toddlers Pros: -Clean -Good location -Towel/Linens/Toiletries provided -Nice layout -Fully stocked Kitchen Cons: -Management company requires you to sign all rights away as part of rental agreement and has your credit card on file to charge you for any reason -AC is very old and instructed not to set temp below 72 as it will freeze unit and you will be charged a service fee -Fridge was really old, sign instructed you to only place food inside for first 24 hours. Fridge didn't actually work when we arrived. We called the next morning, had to schedule a tech to look at it, and a new fridge was delivered by 6pm. There was black water all over the floor, which was wiped up but never cleaned. We ask for $100 of spoiled food to be reimbursed, but as of this writing the management company has not replied. Minor Inconveniences: -Had to wash beach towels before departure -5pm check in unless you pay extra $112 -About 150 feet from parking lot, which can be cumbersome when checking in and bring in groceries -Main couch is show and you can't lay down if you are over 5'10" Queen bedroom has very little room to walk around bed

Delightful Water View Home
Lovely home situated right on the canal. We arrived to a very clean home that had everything we needed. The beach towels were a nice added bonus. The pool was super convenient and well taken care of. Our trip was a 10/10. We enjoyed renting bikes from Eaton Bikes in Key West and we snorkeled with Adventure Mermaid (or maybe it was Mermaid Adventures, lol). We definitely would rent this home again- it was super easy and well managed!

We have stayed at Coral Lagoon many times. The location is great.
It was a nice time - But 2 things detracted from the stay. 1. The 5 pm check in time is uncomfortable - losing the whole first day. Just seems with a standard 10 am check out and a check in that would be less than a 7 hour turnaround would be both achievable and appreciated. 2. The lounge TV didn't work properly - so we had no usable TV in the main lounge. With a 7 year old a TV is a must in a property of this nature. The property manager did visit the property after check in to Help with the TV problem. - but resolution never came, We followed up the next day and was told by the rental l company that they had phoned the TV company. We heard nothing more from the TV company nor rental company. So remained TV-less. I don't mean to complain, but just hope it can be resolved for the next incoming clients.

Short vacation in the Keys
We planned a short trip to Marathon for my wife's birthday. The location was perfect, we could get just about anywhere in a few minutes. The home was very clean and spacious. This was the perfect place to settle down to at the end of the long days. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the Keys

Nice canal side spot
This is a nice convenient spot. There are fishing & diving charters within walking distance, in addition to several restaurants. Even though it’s near the Overseas Hwy there was no noise save the occasional airplane or boat. The pool area is really beautiful, as is the attached veranda along the canal.
