This beautiful new Villa with private pool is ideal for a relaxed vacation for couples or a family (with kids) where on its beautiful countryside you can completely relax and spend your holiday. You’ll love the house because of the ambiance and the location.
The modern interior of the villa with clean lines provides a sense of bright and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are very comfortable with matching furniture. The large, well-equipped kitchen offers the opportunity to test your culinary skills and prepare every kind of special treats. Wonderful pool where you can work on your tan or take a refreshing dip. Wunderschön, wie auf den Bildern
Der Urlaub war traumhaft. Abgelegene Villa, die wunderschön angelegt ist. Genauso schön, wie in den Bildern. Ruhig und abgegrenzt von den Nachbarn. Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Auch der Gastgeber ist mega freundlich. Sehr gerne wieder. Kleiner Tipp am Rande. Fewo berechnet die eigene Gebühr on top. Wenn man also abseits von fewo bucht, ist der Urlaub um 10% günstiger. Dafür kann der Gastgeber natürlich nichts.

Fantastico, torneremo sicuramente!
La casa è meravigliosa e identica alla foto pubblicate. La piscina è grande e la zona bbq perfettamente attrezzata. Andrea, il proprietario, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa nostra ed è stato gentile e disponibile durante tutto il periodo di vacanza. Il posto è tranquillo, il mare pulitissimo e calmo e il cibo ottimo. Abbiamo passato una splendida vacanza e torneremo sicuramente.

Tolles Haus und sehr freundlicher Vermieter.
Das Haus liegt im kleinen Ort Rakalj. Wenn man etwas Abgeschiedenheit sucht ist das genau der richtige Platz. In Rakalj selbst gibt es nur zwei Kneipen und einen kleinen Laden (fußläufig), in dem man aber fast alles bekommt. Zu anderen Restaurants oder auch zu Badebuchten muss man das Auto benutzen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist genau wie auf den gezeigten Fotos und man kann sich gleich wohlfühlen.

Schönes, modernes Häuschen für einen entspannten Familienurlaub
Wir haben im Mai/Juni schon Sommerurlaub in Kroatien verbringen können. Unsere erste Istrien-Reise war sehr schön und erholsam - auch wegen unserer tollen Unterkunft. Das Haus ist relativ neu gebaut und modern eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich ist super ausgestattet mit einem Pool, einem Esstisch, den man nach allen Seiten hin vor der Sonne schützen kann, einer Rasenfläche, einem Tischkicker und einem Trampolin - sehr geeignet für eine Familie mit Kindern. Wir waren sogar mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (1 und 2 Jahre alt)) für zwei Wochen dort. Wenn man den Außenbereich nicht hätte, wäre es für diese Anzahl von Personen zu eng, so ging es gut, wenn es auch sehr hellhörig ist. Sehr positiv ist uns aufgefallen, dass es trotz Hitze draußen im Inneren immer angenehm war. Der Besitzer Andrea ist sehr hilfsbereit (organisierte uns auf Anfrage auch ein 2. Kinderbett), gibt Tipps für Strände, Restaurants und Ausflüge und sorgt sich um das Wohl seiner Gäste ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Obwohl das Haus in Küstennähe steht, ist die nächste Badebucht nur mit Auto oder Fahrrad (zwei Räder gehören zum Haus) plus Fußweg zu erreichen. Rakalj selbst ist ein kleiner, ruhiger Ort abseits der großen Tourismusströme mit einer Konoba und einem kleinen Laden. Weitere Orte sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen (für größere Einkäufe empfiehlt sich eine Fahrt nach Pula).
