Beautiful house in a charming village

A modern, elegantly furnished and functional house well located in the lovely village of Marciana Marina. All amenities are of high quality. A very nice garden perfectly suited for children as well, and balconies perfect for drying beach gear. We especially liked the outdoor patio table.The host was friendly and easily reached, but didnt meet us in person. We didn't get all instructions before check-in and after asking they were rather cryptic. I had no idea why there was a picture of alternative parking slot, but understood that on tuesday when our car was totally blocked because of the weekly street market just outside of the house. So remember to remove the car Monday evening.Usually (after our long experience in rented holiday houses) there's some basic cooking ingredients (salt, pepper, oil) in kitchen, but here there was none. Kitchen was otherwise very well equipped. There was a grill, but no matches, kindling pieces or coal. Just one piece of toiletpaper in bathrooms, no kitchenrolls or tissues. It's fine, if accomodation doesn't include those but that should have been mentioned beforehand.

Ruhige Tage in der Nebensaison auf Elba!

Wir haben mit unserem Hund eine schöne Zeit in der zentral gelegenen Casa Elena verbringen dürfen. Danke dafür Gianni und danke für die sehr gute Kommunikation! Beim CheckIn erhält man sämtliche Informationen die kaum eine Frage offen lassen. Das eigene Carport ist ein richtiger Pluspunkt. Schön angelegter Garten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher können für 20€ pro Person angefragt werden. Diese Info fehlte zum Zeitpunkt unserer Buchung in der Beschreibung, erhielten sie aber auf eigene Nachfrage vor Anreise und brachten unsere eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher mit.

Beautiful place

We loved to stay at this cozy house in the middle of Marciana Marina. We found everything we need for a family of four and a little dog. It has a beautiful designed garden with his own parking spot directly in front of the house. Modern bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and perfect places to relax. Very nice contact to the owners. Highly recommended.

Mega schönes Haus

Unsere Ferien im Casa Elena waren sehr schön. Das Haus ist tiptop eingerichtet und in der Küche findet man alle möglichen Geräte. Wir haben gebacken und gekocht. Das war super! Bei der Ankunft hat es mit dem Check in nicht so gut geklappt. Wir konnten nicht telefonieren, da unsere Telefone im Ausland nicht funktionierten :o(. Als wir den Whirlpool heizen wollten, fiel die Sicherung mehrmals raus. Wir schafften es aber doch noch und genossen das Baden im warmen Wasser sehr. Es hat uns gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder einmal ins Casa Elena.

Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert (Lage, Gastgeber)

Check-Prozess lief hervorragend. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und immer für uns da. Unterkunft liegt super gelegen mitten im Dorf und hat alles, was man braucht inkl. Außendusche. Perfekter Startpunkt für Wanderung zu Fuß zum höchsten Berg Monte Caponne bzw. Spaziergang zu den Stränden (zum Abkühlen).

We really enjoyed our time here - we loved the terrace and the private garden and how well it was furnished and decorated. It‘s just a few steps away from restaurants, cafes, a supermarket and most important: the waterfront. The town is cute and was the perfect homebase for us. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Wunderbare Ferien in Marciana Marina

wir waren wirklich positiv ueberrascht, wie schoen das Haus ist, aufwaendig saniert, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gut aufgeteilt, der Garten eine gruene Oase mit eigenem Carport. 100% Privacy aber doch nahe am Zentrum und Strand, wir haben das Haus und die Umgebung sehr genossen !

Casa molto bella,accogliente,sia gli spazi interni che esterni dove pranzare e cenare all’aperto per poi rilassarsi sui lettini o sul prato,ottima locazione a due passi da tutti i servizi,passeggiata e spiaggia. Host cordiale a dispozione per qualsiasi dubbio. Soggiorno molto ma molto piacevole per adulti,bambini e pure i cani sono stati che una meraviglia.

Das perfekte Haus an bester Lage

Wir haben die 2 Wochen in dem gut ausgestatteten Haus einfach nur genossen. Es ist alles da was man braucht, die Küche gut ausgestattet, 2 Bäder, eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, ein bequemer Sitzplatz, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Zu Fuss ist man in einigen Minuten am Strand oder in diversen Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ho soggiornato in questa casa dal 4 al 9 luglio, la casa è veramente bella, arredata bene, ristrutturata da poco, dispone di un bellissimo giardino molto curato, portico arredato, cucina attrezzata, con tutti i comfort, compreso forno e forno a microonde e macchina per il caffè a capsule. Ci sono due bei bagni con doccia, che al rientro dal mare con figlie adolescenti, sono tornati molto utili. Anche le due camere belle. La posizione è ottima centrale e comoda, comodissimo il posto auto interno al giardino. Unico neo che non ho capito se imputare all'host o a Vrbo, avevo prenotato dal 3 al 9, ma per un problema di lavoro non siamo potuti partire prima del 4, quindi quando ancora avevo possibilità di cambiare la prenotazione con rimborso al 100%, ho comunicato tramite l'app all'host che intendevo disdire la prenotazione solo del giorno 3. Ha accettato. Ma a tutt'oggi non sono stata rimborsata del giorno in più pagato, e non riesco con l'app a fare un reclamo o a mettermi in contatto con nessuno. Spero comunque di tornare l'anno prox, perché adoriamo Marciana Marina, e in questa villa ci siamo sentiti come a casa.
