The property was fine as a place to sleep. We were there for two nights. We arrived after our flight around 1AM, and the instructions for accessing the property were incorrect. We were told the code provided would allow us to access the unit via the coded lock, but the code actually unlocked a key box. Luckily we were able to figure it out.
Unfortunately, the place was not very clean. There were hairs on the toilet and in the shower, dirt and garbage on the floor and under the beds, and toothpaste residue on the towels hanging in the bathroom. There were dark blood looking stains on the sheets in both bedrooms. There was a lizard living in the gray sofa chair who made an appearance a few times during our stay. There was also a $25 registration fee that was not noted in the listing.
The positives included comfortable beds, a great location, easy access to the pool and docks, and an assigned parking spot for the unit. All things considered, this was fine for our quick visit to Marco Island, but we wouldn't recommend it for anyone looking for a hotel-equivalent stay or an extended period of time.
