Great location and space
Place was very clean and close to town and family. Had all the necessary conveniences with an amazing backyard that I wish we had more time to take advantage of because it was a huge open and amazing looking space.

Beautiful property, very comfortable beds. We did have trouble checking in but the property manager did get back to us to get it all figured out. I would absolutely stay here again.

Ideal Spot to Stay in Marfa
The property is well located and a good size. We walking distance to several attractions, such as the Visitor Center, Marfa Burrito, Blackwell School and Playground. The house was comfortable and stylishly decorated. We would recommend to friends! Marfa is a unique town to visit and we would recommend the library if visiting with kids. Their storytimes were great!

A quiet getaway
From the outside, the cute quaint cottage home invites you in. Once inside, the tidy yet spacious interior welcomes the weary traveler. Everything was clean, the house was well stocked and it felt like a home vs a rental. The backyard is an excellent place to wind down and enjoy some stars in the desert nights. Its a great space that seems to be more inline with the Marfa "manana" mantra, a quiet relaxing space in a quiet relaxing town in west Texas.

We went to Marfa to celebrate a wedding at El Cosmico. Casa de Conejito fit the bill in more ways than one. The location was perfect for us to access El Cosmico and Marfa is easy to navigate. The property is exactly as pictured! The house itself is adorably funky with everything one needs for a stay. The bathroom is quite small as befits a very old adobe, but it’s workable, cute and clean. The huge private backyard with hammocks and fire pit is a nice bonus! We would definitely stay here again. Oh! Very responsive property manager!!

Sweet Marfa home
Casa de Conjeto was the perfect base for our lovely stay in Marfa. The location was ideally situated for walking about town, and the guide book provided all the intel needed to fully explore this special area. The house itself is very comfortable with great books to browse, original art and simple tasteful decor. Beds were super comfy with nice sheets- a great HOT shower, full kitchen and a great fire pit spot in back. What more could a person want?

Lovely stay in Marfa
We love Marfa! We've driven in three times this year from Austin and it's so worth it! Kathryn's home was perfect for our family. We were able to prepare our own meals, and she left great options for things to do around town. Can't wait to stay again!

Charming decor, comfortable seating and beds. Everything you need. 4-5 blocks to the main drag- resturants and shops etc. A few places nearby looked a bit shabby, others being remodeled, but we felt safe walking everywhere. Chinati foundation tour was interesting and you can swim at the Gage Hotel pool for free after 5pm. The owner was very helpful with any questions we had.

Great place to stay.
Such a cute place! Photos are very accurate- it’s just as pictured. The beds were very comfortable and we had more than enough space for our group of 4. Loved all the art and special Marfa touches throughout the house.

Beautiful casa de conejito
Casa de conejito was everything we were hoping for in marfa. We felt like we were staying in a piece of art curated just for us and our dogs. Every space and nook in the house was fascinating and gorgeous. The dogs loved playing in the backyard while we played games at the many outdoor spaces. Great communication with Kathryn. Thanks for the refreshing time during our stay.

House was just like the pictures. Clean and comfortable.
This was our first time to Marfa and didn't know what to expect. We had a little glitch with accessing the home but Kathryn was quick to respond. The only negative was the shower water pressure could have been better. AC worked great with the hot temps. If we come back to this area we would book this house again.

Enjoyed our stay in Marfa!
We really enjoyed this home and the proximity to town. The backyard area was nice and big with plenty of room for our pup to run and play. Do beware though that there are areas of the backyard that are not fully fenced in (or fencing isn't secure) so I wouldn't suggest planning to leave your dog in the yard unsupervised. There was some very loud parties/music happening until quite late both Fri and Sat nights of our stay but it was graduation weekend, so we weren't super surprised. The primary bedroom bed was very comfortable! All in all, we thought it was a great place to stay.

A well-located, clean and charming little house within 10mins walking distance to most things to do in town The fire pit was a nice touch. I would recommend this house to a friend.
