Love this place whether for family, business or group bookings. A little dated but always clean and staff are friendly. Price is always the best in town too, for what all you're getting. I would say I stay here 3 out of every 5 visits to Marquette.

Good hotel for someone on a budget.

I'm sure many would knock this place down for it's condition and being outdated, but for the price you pay, it was a wonderful stay. We were looking to go economical, and Cedar Motor Inn delivered. If you are on a budget, you will feel safe, you will have the minimum necessities you need, and you might even enjoy yourself. If you're looking for an updated hotel, with nice fixtures, and beautiful appeal.....then you'll just need to pay twice as much and go somewhere else.

Nice place to stay

We stayed in one of the cottages. While it was outdated, we were very happy with it. It was spacious, except for the shower stall, and met our needs just fine. The ladies doing the check in/check out were very friendly and helpful.

Room was dirty. Door did not lock. Coffee pot was dirty. I had reserved two nights but left after first night because the room was yucky. The bed was comfortable though.

Our room was a bit stuffy... I have allergies and am glad I brought my air purifier. within 20-30 minutes, the musty smell was gone. Lots of cigarette butts outside door #8 which is used to get to the pool. The pool water was cold. I use the pool at my local YMCA so I know . I mentioned it to the front desk girl. She was very sweet and friendly. The light breakfast was nice... great coffee.. I should have brought my own french vanilla creamer... it is a nice place but needs just alittle something to move it to the excellant group.

Great stay for a few days

Easy, quick and friendly check-in. Room was clean and ready upon arrival. Breakfast was warm and a decent selection, we have had waffles here in the past and they seem to be gone now. Over great stay, will be back
