My kids and nephews requested that the next cabin we book have a big TV. So we picked this one. It has a movie theater in it! When we arrived, the internet did not work. The kids quickly ran to the movie theater room but that room and every other TV in the house needed WIFI to work. The house was cold so we tried to turn on the fireplace and the top floor and middle floor fireplace would not turn on. The kids decided they wanted to go to the jacuzzi. The water was set to 104 but the water was cold. It was broken. We tried to turn on the fire pit. The couch was missing cushions and the pit had an empty propane tank with no spare. At this point, this is unbelievable. I reached out to the host without success. He responds quickly, but without fixing the issue. I spent the first two days of my vacation troubleshooting internet through back and forth texting. They finally got someone to come, however he couldn't fix the problems. The host kept telling us they were working on it and we kept getting that same message all the way up until our last day. We spent our entire 5 day trip without any wifi, use of TV, didn't get to watch a single movie in the movie theater room, stream music. This is a very poor business operation, poorly managed and the customer pays the price for the experience. The host claimed WIFI was down and apologized but after reaching out to the ISP, they claim there were no known outages in our area. Repairs can be made, but the problem here is the ownership.
