The best thing about this property are the people, especially Cindy who hosts the breakfast and is a total ray of sunshine. Aside from that, it’s a place full of character, in a great area, close to shopping and restaurants, with a nice big room and reasonably comfortable beds.

The woman at the continental breakfast was helpful and sweet. Check in was easy. Check out was easy. The pool had toys that were dirty. Was our only complaint. Having Safeway across the street is very convenient and walkable to downtown.

Amazing Stay
This was our first stay at Stratford Inn, and we were so impressed that we have already booked our stay for next year's OSF. The atmosphere and ambiance was wonderful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The pillows were a bit too thin for my taste, but overall everything else was above and beyond expectations.

There is simply no better place to stay in Ashland for the price. It is an extremely well-run hotel. We always stay there. Plus, the Continental breakfast is the best anywhere. We will be back.
