The level of convenience to transport for local regional and long distance travel. Surprisingly very quiet despite being on Spencer Street. The staff were very civil and professional. The breakfast was simple nutritious and plenty of it.

The location is great, parking for 25$ availablewith optioneven to stay next until 4pm. Staff was friendly, just the guy who had to help us with the air-conditioning was a little bit unfriendly. You couldn't turn it off and to change the settings didn't make any sense. No window to open or to see anything. Anyway, when you walk in it smelt nice and fresh, but after a while it was too much. It was like a disinfection smell and after a while it gave us a headache, my mum couldn't sleep properly. It was in your mouth and throat. Even at home all our clothing still smelt like it. The pool was nice and big, could be a little bit warmer and cleaner. Had a mouldy smell. The sauna was quite dirty as well. No glutenfree options for breakfast available. So we definitely not coming back.

On our arrival we went to check in they gave us key card and told us we can access lifts from car park When we went to car park realised we can’t access Have called 4 times reception to send someone to guide us no one came then I went to reception then one of stuff members who introduced himself as Ben he came up and showed us lifts without escorting us to the room On the arrival on the 13 th floor our room Was unbearable stink in the hallway spreading to our room Stink was as if there was corpse Called again reception to inform them about stink and my difficulties breathing asking to move us somewhere else where is clean and no smell Spoke to Ben who was very abrupt and rude over the phone said it’s nothing I can do if you don’t like it you can go somewhere else I have told him it is to late now for us to go anywhere else as majority of places are fully booked also mentioned that I have called Atlantis prior to booking to check if there is clean rooms and facilities Have been told yes everything is so clean and pristine Asked them politely to try to get us different room or clean up stink by the time we get back as there is no chance to be able to sleep in When we came back asked at the reception another person who introduced himself as Jamie the manager And told me to go back to room referring “you won’t die” we will spray some chemicals around to kill the stink Literally bagged him to give us another room which he reluctantly gave us Have developed sore throat

It is safe because it is in front of the Victoria Police Centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Closed to shopping malls. Plenty of reastaurants and cafes around the place.
