Very happy with our choice of hotel. Location great with access for train or tram at a 1 minute walk, always plenty of street parking available for coming and going, plus basement parking onsite at a reasonable cost. Overall it is a easy location to jump in and out of the CBD or a brisk walk down to South Bank.

The property was in a great location, breakfast was great, but our room got cleaned very late on a couple of the days. So we were back before it was cleaned late in the afternoon. Apart from that it was great.

The property was immaculately clean and the bed was comfortable, offering a choice of firm and soft pillows. The room was compact but very well designed for maximum functionality, and quiet to ensure a good night’s sleep. Location was excellent offering maximum transport options - close to the Southern Cross Station for rail travellers and a short walk to the tram routes on Collins and Bourke Streets, giving ease of access to wider Melbourne including shopping and theatre precincts. The staff were very friendly and efficient. My package included a complimentary breakfast which was a bonus. My only criticism was that the signage on arrival could have been clearer - a more clear indication that reception was to be found on the second floor would have saved a moment’s confusion - not a big issue and soon resolved. I will certainly be staying here in the future.

Property in central location near anything you need from transport to food to shopping. The parking is convenient and onsite only issue with the parking is getting in and out you have to get out your car on a main road to press a button as key scanning isn’t available. Breakfast in the morning was always a good selection and plenty even if you went later

The location was amazing & close to everything. The only thing I would try to improve is breakfast a system where yiu know who is coming to breakfast. At present anyone can come & have it there. Maybe send a link to those that are booked at hotel and they can print breakie voucher. Or give customers a raffle ticket coupon & tgat allows them to have breakfast. A better system should be put into place.
