Disappointing reception

Contacted hotel re late night arrival n to arrange for shuttle as advertised. Email instructed to call when at meeting area. Called many times, got through eventually but told to walk. V poor reception for a cold rainy night. Otherwise stay was good.

Hotel was very close to airport which was great. Room was VERY small and front desk staff were not very friendly and often not at the desk. When parking there, you have to bring your bags up via 1 elevator, cross the lobby and enter a 2nd elevator for hotel room floors. The pub was very busy and food was mediocre at best. Staff at the pub were not friendly at all. I am guessing they were run off their feet.
