Outsoor sitting area needs some gardening attention. If you’re near the washing machines and dryers it’s very noisy in the morning with people talking and accessing the facilities. Also someone decided to put their washing on at 9.30pm and they went in and out till 12.15am (Saturday night).

The room and the pool were great, only thing that was a let down was the pool area.not cleaned everyday and the ground around the pool was full of possum poo.overall a great stay.

Amazing stay loved everything we had a beach front room absolutely loved it. Beautiful views out over the bay park and carnival. We all loved staying here and we would definitely come back.

The room was comfortable and neat, but the only thing I forgot to mention about our room was the difficulty in closing the door of the room. Other than that, the staff members were pleasant, with close access to shops, restaurants and the beach. We also had all the facilities you could need.

Love the balcony beach view! Beautiful relaxing room with super comfy beds. We had difficulty getting the tv to work but I'm sure reception could fix that for other customers, we just decided to go for a beach walk instead.

A property right in the heart of Rye. Just behind the shops and very near the pier. Easy walking to many eateries and the beach. The pool is a nice treat after a long day. Be aware over the summertime the fair is also close by, starting at 6pm for approx 3-4 hours. You can hear it from here so that could bother some.
