This was really a fine place to stay. Nice breakfast buffet compared to other places Ive stayed. Staff was friendly. Facility was clean. No hiccups regarding my reservation.

We booked this hotel as a mid way stop for our spring break trip. When we arrived, the front desk clerk was quick and friendly with the check in process. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. Natalie, the morning front desk clerk, was super friendly and polite! We will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Crunchy Eggs.

It was a great stay. The breakfast was great. My kid got a kick out of the pancake making machine. I did chew upon an eggshell in my eggs though. Little extra protein. Didn’t hurt nothing. My kid was disappointed that the pool was not available. The front desk lady Calli was extremely nice and welcoming. Overall great stay.

Ruined stay bad employee

We stayed here about a week ago and everything was great. What made us rank this lower? We got here late. Everything was fine with the room. No complaints. Everything’s clean well stocked when you’re walking through the hallway though with your child and all you can smell is weed and it’s a smoke free hotel was awful. my husband told me to leave it alone to not cause problems. Well, I did spray our room and in front of our door cause the smell just kept coming in.The man across the hallway 211 came and thumped on our door. maybe he saw me through the pero hole.I don’t know, but it was like 1a in the morning. I was still up watching TV. I got up went down to breakfast. It was 920 and the lady Ollie was cleaning up the breakfast area. She told me it was over. Technically it wasn’t but I grabbed a bowl. They had biscuits and gravy and I served them and they had some eggs, so I grabbed a scoop of eggs to one of the bowls and before I had a chance to put another scoop, she came and grabbed the eggs and took them away. Was she going to take them home probably not just throw them away and cause a very dissatisfied customer.after going back to room husband asked if I wanted coffee. He brought coffee from lobby and said sorry no creamer. He asked Olli for some, she said “nah” she’s rude, unprofessional and bad attitude. Parker GM apologized when I told him at checkout. PS it hailed and our windshield and many others cracked . No problem it’s weather. But Oly ruined Holiday Inn stay.

The clerk that checked us in was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Comfortable. Breakfast was minimal - pancake machine did not work, no juice, no milk and had to ask for water so the clerk took some hot water and added it to a jug with ice so we could get some water. Good enough for a one night stay as we were passing through.

There was mold in the shower and the bed had crumbs in it. We left after 3 hours. Too uncomfortable to stay there over night.

Holiday Inn Express Memphis Southwind

Everything was very nice. Room is modern and comfortable. Breakfast was better than most. Close to Memphis Veteran Cemetery and nice places to eat. Would stay here again.
