Everything was great. Gated parking lot made staying in Memphis feel a lot safer. Smooth check in and out. Breakfast was Great!! Would stay here again.

A lot of activities going on in the Mexican restaurant next door a lot of crime in that area Someone’s window was smashed out glass everywhere in the outside gate parking lot Staff was great !

Pool was down which was dissappointing Mexican restaurant next door was a bit loud and rowdy if you were outside, but it didn't bother us. The staff were friendly, but the property is average at best.

First shuttle runs at 4:30 and I got a call at 4:20 double checking if I was going to take the shuttle and they were ready when I was. So nice!

Front desk was super helpful, but they are severely understaffed. The woman checking everybody in was effective, great at her job, but just didn’t have enough help. I was waiting in line for 20 minutes because there were so many people waiting. It was clear it was no fault of hers, and really the fault of Whoever has decided that one person on the schedule is enough.

Property was nice. Rooms were clean and great for the price. The only down side was that the area is know for break ins and one car was broken into while we were there. The parking is gated but that didn't matter they still got in
