House was spacious for our large family get together. We were able to accommodatea wide range of ages for dinner and activities.Each family that stayed was able to have their own area. We would definitely recommend for large gatherings and for the activities the house provided..

Amazing Stay
We loved our stay at the Linder House. We were in the area for basketball games and the team stayed at this house making our trip seamless. The house was equipped with everything we needed from comfortable beds to cooking supplies and plenty of room. The ping pong table and hot tubs were an added bonus for our players.Randy was amazing to work with, we got into town earlier than expected and he helped us with our time frame. He even had complementary Cravers Ice Cream for the team. We would gladly stay at this house again.

This was the 2nd year we stayed here for our ladies retreat. I will be booking it again for next year. The place is perfect for large groups or families. We can all eat in one space and plenty of large spaces to gather. It is also great if you have someone who can't do stairs, you can do everything on the main floor.

The property is exactly as stated. We had 14 adults and an infant. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was great. The house has a lot of games to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen is well stocked. Randy was great to communicate with. We enjoyed having the large seating area in the kitchen at meal time. There were several nice touches like, body wash, shampoo & conditioner in the showers, extra pillows, a convenience store in the garage, etc. Overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend this property

Wedding vacation and recovery brunch too
Instead of hotels our big family stayed together and enjoyed the pool, large kitchen area for gathering. We filled it with fun and laughter. We loved the “store” too! So much to do and space for our introverts too.

In short “perfect”
We could not be happier with staying in this beautiful house. So clean and so well stocked. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed the hot tubs! The green lawn was used constantly and we loved the out door grills. The host was so great. So much room in the house for our family reunion. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

100% Perfect
Our family reunion at the Linder Farmhouse could not have been better. The property accommodated everyone perfectly--from 0 to 90 years old. Our host, Randy, obviously cares about the guest experience and he has outdone himself to make this place 100% perfect. From prompt and friendly correspondence with our host to yard games, a beautiful pool, large cooking vessels, and plenty of bathrooms and sleeping areas, we lacked for nothing. It says a lot about a place (and a family, of course) when every attendee has a fabulous time. We've already booked for next year!

Truly Amazing Host Great For Large Groups.
We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean, spacious, lots of extras, the host thought of everything. It is beautifuly decorated! The beds are comfortable. The pool and the 9 square in the backyard were so fun. The foosball table upstairs is one of the best I played on. They really thought of everything you need from the pool floats, BBQ grill, smoker, pizza over, fire pit, extra twin mattresses and complementary food items. Come prepared for an amazing experience!

Family Reunion
This is a great place to stay for a large group. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and tools needed for cooking for a large group. Also plenty of table seating for having meals together. We also had plenty of room for games that included the whole group or several smaller ones. The pool, hot tubs, ping pong, foosball and 9 square proved lots of entertainment opportunities. Thought of everything
This property has everything you need for a large group to stay. SOOO MUCH ROOM and so much to do with the pool, hot tubs and games. Kitchen has all you need to prep meals. We had a pizza cook off one night and used the outdoor pizza oven. The corner convenience store is a great idea and took the stress out of worrying about running out of anything. Only problem we had was the Popcorn was so good we now want to buy a machine for home😉. 10 out of 10. If this owner had properties in other cities I would rent from him without any hesitation.

Fabulous for family gatherings
This is our second time renting this home. We love this house. Plenty of space for family to gather. The home is clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. And they have lots of comfortable mattresses for people to sleep on the floor. The provide sheets and blankets for the extra mattresses. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. There’s nothing they haven’t thought of. Randy is quick to respond to any questions. And always willing to help. We will definitely be back.

Great Winter Family Getaway!
This property worked perfectly for our five families who traveled in from all over the country to meet up for our family reunion. The layout was just right with plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. The kitchen size was so nice and everyone had a place to sit in the kitchen. The children loved having space to play, use the hot tub and playing board games. We even had a ping pong tournament that was fun for all ages. This is a great place to stay feels like home in country and is very convenient to any city needs.

We booked this property for our daughter’s BSU graduation. The home was spacious and immaculate. We loved the huge kitchen and seating rooms. It’s the perfect home for any gathering. Private, yet within 15-20 minutes to everything. Communication from the owner was quick whenever we had a question. Thanks so much for a memorable stay. Would highly recommend.
