Good stay

Everything was good. Just stayed 1 night for the college rodeo and the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very nice and beds were comfortable and spacious.

Its not letting me upload photos, but this place is dirty, hole in a wall behind doors, pubic hair all over bathroom, busted drain, broken fan, rusty lamps, no lightbulb in the lamps.. i mean just horrible

The room that I was in was not too clean. The refrigerator was dirty, the shower had mold, and the chair had something spilled on it.

Don’t park or she’ll get you!

Please to god do not stay here without confirming whether you can park or not in the parking lot. I arrived at our hotel last night around 5:00 pm and from then till 12 am I would have moved our vehicle happily if somebody had let us know. Instead what I was awakened by was pounding on my door saying that we need to move our vehicle at 8:00 am, two hours before Check out. Wouldn’t a better way to call your guests and say thank you for staying with us but next time you may have to use street parking if the lot is reserved. Bad attitudes go a huge distance and I’ve worked enough customer service roles to know that is just bad business.

Really run down.

The place is pretty run down. Bathroom was not really clean; shower corners had mold and scum build up. The bed was comfortable, and clean (I think...)

Not happy

Front desk clerk wasn't pleasant. Word terminology means a lot. Everwhere else ask for a credit card to hold for incidentals she said i had to pay a deposit. When i questioned she said you can go somewhere else. Then i was having a private conversation with another quest, who said she charged him the same. She told me if i said anything else she would have me removed. DON'T STAY at the Sleep Inn in Meridian, Ms. Hotel is staff is RUDE. I asked for a receipt for my credit . Didn't happen. Morning crew just as rude.

First room was dirty. It happens, but no apology. I had to listen to the desk agent go in back and cuss about it to management I assume instead of apologizing. Hair in the shower and the sink. No drain cover in the shower, just a hole with a pipe. No cover on the door lock to get in. Paint on the shower tile. Affordable but not worth it. I know they are renovating but that doesn't excuse the lack of apology for being given a dirty room.
