Everything was amazing. Loved watching the sunset of Mexico City with the free bottle of wine. The free snack bar and breakfast was an unexpected delite. Way more than I expected.

Staff were very pleassnt and helpful. Buffet breakfast a bit steep at 455 pesos and coffee not topped up. Very clean everywhere. About 25 mins from Airport on a good day, but would allow at least 35-40 for traffic.

The property is in a good location. It's older but very clean. The staff was friendly. The issue we had was the language. Most of the staff didnt speak any English and those who did spoke very little. We weren't given any information about the hotel when we checked in and there was nothing in the room about the amenities. For example, we simply wanted to know the price of something in the mini bar and no one could help. The front desk referred us to room service and they didn't understand. There was no price list in the room. Eventually we gave us. Overall our stay was ok but communication was a problem.

Great location. We had a really nice continental breakfast with our VIP upgrade. I chose this hotel in part because it had good reviews of the beds, and we were pleased with the comfortable Beautyrest king size mattress. Showerhead wasn’t great, nor was the coffee maker in the room, but there is a Starbucks in the building. Would stay again.
