Staff was fantastic. The room heater did not work at all and we froze all night and morning. The shower head also did not work and we had to use the hand sprayer to get wet and/or rinse off

There were a few things faulty with our room (shower head didn’t spray properly, warm water from sink didn’t work) so it needs some upkeep. But it is so handy to stay right in the airport, especially in this busy city, we didn’t mind the small problems.

The disability room was terrible! One of the handles was on the back instead of the side, in order to have 1 handle on each side. Plus the toilet was super low, instead of higher for an 88 year old person in out room! Going to the bathroom was a nightmare for her!

First room we received was smelly. The second room was not to good either but we only stayed for a few hours. The showers made the entire bathroom wet since they were all on the same level.
