Mondrian is located in a good neighbourhood with plenty of dining options close by yet is quiet The area is safe to walk around in. The hotel itself is well-run. It is classy and the staff are great. Easy to get around the city from too

This is a beautiful property in a good location. It has its own art gallery and the Terraza. The lobby is very inviting with fires in the cafe, plush furniture and even swings in the lobby. We enjoyed our stay. Walkable to many restaurants.

Great location, some room issues

It's a lovely hotel but we had a few issues that made our stay less than 5-star. First, our toilet was clogged/unusable for 2 days. We reported this to the front desk at least 4 times and each time they said it's being fixed. We finally had to insist that a maintenance person come to the room with us so they could spend 30 minutes fixing the toilet. The second issue was with noise. We paid for an upgraded room with a terrace overlooking the courtyard. What we didn't realize was that there are several bars in the courtyard that play loud music until at least 11pm every night. This was very audible in our room. When we asked for a different room, we were told there were no other rooms available and they would give us earplugs (which never arrived). If you are interested in a quiet room, I suggest requesting a room on the street side of the hotel. All that being said, the hotel is in a great location and the staff is very friendly. The concierge was very helpful and I would still recommend the hotel to other travelers.

10/10 stay. If you’re reading this review, look no further. Had the most amazing stay at the Mondrian. Ryan at the skybar was an incredible server for breakfast every morning. The gym, the food, the front desk, the room service, the location - all top notch. Shoutout to Adrian for the excellent concierge service.
