The room is small but very clean and stylish. Bed is comfortable. The front desk personnel are helpful. And the bar tenders, especially Ashley, are amazing. We were there during the busy New Year. Ashley gave the best customer service and was very attentive and patient serving loud drunk customers like us, lol. I hope I got her name right (she's the awesome African-American bartender in the ground floor). Thank you again for the good drinks! Will come back to citizenM.
